Product principle introduction:
The compressed heat zero gas consumption adsorption dryer uses the high-temperature heat energy discharged from the air compressor to carry out deep desorption and regeneration of the adsorbent, cancels the external electric heater, and there is no regeneration gas consumption when heating. When cooling, the high-temperature compressed air is cooled by the secondary cooler, and then the adsorbent is cooled again, so that the adsorbent has adsorption conditions, and there is no compressed gas emission during operation, which is the most economical Energy adsorption dryer.

Design features:
1. Pure logic control, friendly human-machine interface, automatic continuous display of double tower working condition
2. It adopts high temperature resistant double eccentric pneumatic butterfly valve, stainless steel anti-corrosion valve body and stem, with long service life, valve position maintenance, fault alarm and feedback functions
3. The supporting ceramic ball is used at the bottom of the adsorption tower, which makes the air distribution more uniform, effectively prevents the failure of the adsorbent bubble water and prolongs the service life of the adsorbent
4. Scientific air distributor to reduce pressure loss, high utilization rate of desiccant and low risk of wear
5. The stainless steel cooler has good cooling effect and strong corrosion resistance.
6. The centrifugal gas-liquid separator has good separation effect and small pressure loss
7. Manual drainage and intelligent drainage system
8. Complete set of stainless steel power supply pipeline is provided as standard
9. Frequency conversion with delayed adsorption technology is more energy-saving (optional)
10. PLC control system has RS485 serial communication interface, which can meet the communication requirements of users (optional)
