Ambient temperature: Air compressor operates well at an ambient temperature of 35-40 C, and it is better below this value, because half of the high exhaust temperature failure of air compressor is caused by ambient temperature.
Solution: Improve the ventilation system in the air compressor room, such as adding exhaust fans and air ducts, and exporting the hot air generated by the air compressor to the air compressor room so as to reduce the temperature of the air compressor room, thereby reducing the exhaust temperature of the air compressor.

Oil circuit system: as air compressor lubrication system, lubricating compressor head, reducing wear and tear of moving parts, reducing exhaust temperature and other air compressor oil temperature is too high, directly leading to high exhaust temperature, reducing oil temperature will also reduce exhaust temperature.
Solution: Check whether there is blockage in the oil system, reduce oil flow rate and lubrication coefficient. For example, oil filters, heat converters (radiators), temperature control valves (temperature control valves), check whether there is too little lubricating oil, leakage, repair, replace parts and pipelines leaking lubricating oil, add appropriate amount of lubricating oil. If the lubricating oil is too dirty, impurities (carbon deposit, colloid, etc.) are more, the new lubricating oil should be replaced, the whole oil system should be cleaned, the oil filter should be replaced, and the temperature control valve should be corrected.
The electrical control part of the nitrogen machine is an important part of the normal operation of the nitrogen plant. At the same time, the drainage valve of the pre-filter part of the nitrogen must report the drainage function. However, the freeze dryer also needs to be heated. At the same time, the machine must have good heat dissipation work.
