Product principle introduction:
Freeze dryer is the most commonly used drying equipment in the post-treatment system of compressed air. It makes use of the principle that the moisture content of wet air decreases with the constant pressure, and the temperature of compressed air decreases with the refrigeration technology, which forces the water vapor to condense into liquid water and discharge out of the machine, and then heats up the dehydrated compressed air to close to the ambient temperature The compressed air with low dew point and relative humidity can be obtained at the outlet of the cold dryer.

Design features:
1. The evaporator is the key part of the cold dryer, with large margin design, low system pressure, high heat exchange efficiency, standard hydrophilic aluminum foil fins, oil-free, corrosion-resistant and durable
2. The compressor is a kind of equipment that draws refrigerant steam from the evaporator and compresses it. It is of international famous brand and has stable performance
3. The condenser is a heat exchange equipment, in which the refrigerant vapor condenses and releases heat, which is taken away by the circulating air or water. The air-cooled condenser adopts hydrophilic aluminum foil, which is corrosion-resistant and not suitable for dust accumulation. The water-cooled condenser adopts efficient spiral fin copper tube for efficient heat exchange, so that the equipment can operate safely
4. The thermal expansion valve is the throttling mechanism of the cold dryer, which changes the high-pressure liquid into the low-pressure liquid, creates the conditions for the refrigerant to vaporize under the low-pressure and low temperature, effectively regulates the liquid supply of the evaporator, and adopts the imported brand
5. Refrigerant high-voltage protection, low-voltage protection, anti freezing switch, condensation temperature control switch, over-current protection, phase sequence protection, fault output
